各種理由不退，按金，説什麼衞生差了，就不退按金，我就點個外賣在酒店吃了，就説衞生，給他搞亂了，要收取衞生費，給他理論，第一天説他看下，第二天就電話都打不進去把我拉黑，我問他要按金，還説我對他構成什麼騷擾了，

非常不滿意，入住説明沒告知如何取鑰匙，寶安沒鑰匙，電話給客服也沒人接，我一小時打電話5次給客服結果後面也沒人回電話。申請退單也被拒絕，簡直如**搶錢了。浪費了我的時間和錢，怎麼會有這一種垃圾公寓？

特別糟心的一次住宿體驗，訂的位置和實際位置不一樣，整體環境臟亂差，與商家溝通加錢換房間，提出要先去看下環境，怕又是這種臟亂差的環境，因為不在一個地方，各路折騰到門口後，店家説好發密碼，居然就發兩個密碼密碼兩字後，徹底消失，電話不接，微信沒回，那種臟亂差環境沒敢住宿，直接走了，商家之後以進入過臟亂差的房間為由拒絕退房。大半夜折騰那麼久，搞得半夜12點多才在新酒店睡下。第二天直接打了12345投訴了這個酒店，大家都清醒看看這種商家，用虛假的宣傳來獲取訂單後就用一個與實際相差十萬八千里的另外一個環境來應付。真是活久見。因為當時提前走了，沒拍門口，要不然更臟亂差。
