The staff were extremely professional, the room was very spacious. The hotel is located very close to major food and beverage establishments. Deliveries are brought to the rooms in an AI operated robot which was really innovative. The breakfast was absolutely sensational and definitely a highlight during the trip.
The F&B staff were extremely courteous, friendly and caring as they interacted with all guests to ensure they were having an optimal dining experience.
We look forward to our next visit to the hotel, definitely recommend the hotel as it is simply brilliant!

This is the 2nd Hilton Hampton we stayed within a week. The previous Hampton in Yangzhou is way better than this one. It is a disappointment to be honest. Glad that we only stayed one night. Everything looks old and outdated. Strange for a hotel of just a few years old. The airco in the hallway doesn’t work which is really warm and fluffy. Breakfast is less good and the restaurant has very small windows. Our room has no view whatsoever and the windows are dirty. The bed is smaller as well.

Check in was fast.the room wasn’t what I expected but it did it’s job.breakfast was awesome. The amenities was bad as you need to ask when you needed things. Also I came with my baby and they had no baby tub or anything for babies I had to was my child in hand basin which was awe full.the elevator card was bad took a few times before it actually clicked and you can choose the floor you on. Laundry room needs a upgrade no system. I had my clothes removed twice while still in the dryer and it wasn’t even dried yet. Over all wasn’t a pleasurable experience

Very clean and tidy hotel.
Special mention of Staff at the restaurant and front desk who were very friendly and helping us out always.
Breakfast is good with nice spread of bed and Chinese cuisine.

向來對酒店追要好評比較反感，想不到歡朋竟然更甚，早餐一個服務員，“主動”給每一桌客人一盤水果，然後放一張紙條（上面有她名字），索要好評，頓感被要挾！首先水果要不要是不是先問一下客人，直接端一盤上來，萬一客户不想吃或者少吃不就浪費了呢？另外帶着這樣一個小九九紙條去討要好評不覺得很噁心嗎？我發現每桌都會這樣搞，看了幾桌，大部分客户都是不耐煩，又不想戳破這種綁架好評似的所謂服務，歡朋好歹希爾頓旗下，不應該啊，這種帶功利的虛偽服務不要也罷！

挺不錯的 入住前一天還專門打電話來詢問喜歡什麼樣子的房間 一個人住沒啥要求 讓酒店看着安排了 入住以後發現確實不錯 房間很乾凈 服務很有禮貌 四樓還有洗衣機烘乾機 提供洗衣液 床偏軟 下次來合肥旅遊會優先考慮
