入住酒店首先在前台説要無煙的房間，入住以後枕頭上有一股濃濃的煙味，早上吃早餐在粥裏吃了一根頭髮，然後我就告訴服務員，退房時前台説阿姨是長髮，他説粥裏的頭髮是短髮，質疑我，然後我脱掉帽子告訴他我的是白髮，我讓他去調餐廳監控，無語！然後他告我，我們已經向老闆説了情況老闆説免房費一半，我沒有理會。後面一張圖片是我的頭髮🧑🏻🎤

還不錯吧，去科大找朋友玩訂的。早餐挺好吃的，豆漿很濃郁。房間也不錯，就是朋友説洗頭的洗髮水味道不好聞。

服務：前台服務很好，溝通非常順暢。
衞生：不錯。房間和酒店整體看上去都很新而且乾淨。
環境：因為地處在居民樓的巷子裏，所以很安靜。美中不足是酒店房間之間的隔音效果不是特別好，如果隔壁或者走廊特別吵鬧的話能聽到動靜。不過晚上還是十分安靜的不影響休息。值得一提的是酒店的位置非常方便，出了巷子就是商城，有很多餐飲還有超市，吃飯和買東西都非常方便，這點很加分。

總體來説還是不錯的，是週末出來玩的一個好選擇
平板丟房間了 前台小姐姐也給我及時打電話拿回來了，可以知道打掃房間挺快的哦（退房就通知打掃了）酒店效率還是挺高的
早餐的豆漿好喝 其他一般般，速凍的都不太好吃哈，（端午節住的 有小粽子 但我沒吃）希望早餐可以做一下改進
地理位置挺好的 旁邊有購物商場 什麼卡旺卡、喜茶，kfc，麥當勞都是有的，找吃的非常方便，離地鐵站也不遠
床品很乾凈，住漢庭主打的就是一個放心，晚上也能睡的着。
建議：如果房間的電視可以投屏就好了，可能設施稍微有點老，要是升級升級電視會更好（可能房價也會漲吧）

這家第二次住了，酒店設施齊全，前台服務人員態度一直很好，環境不錯，就是對於客房服務人員打掃衞生真的不能恭維，續住好多天，從不換被條，衞生間台上我們拆的一次性牙具外包裝集中放在一邊好方便她整理，可是每天打掃從來不收拾，就放在那，房間桌子上不管多少垃圾阿姨從來不帶走，每天穿的一次性拖鞋都5-6雙了全部放在地上不扔也不整理，越堆放越多，整個床腳地上都是。因為垃圾桶很小，吃好的瓜皮果屑我用一個袋子裝好放一邊，她們也從來不收拾，直到晚上回到房間西瓜皮***都是飛蟲。每天進來就給我們衞生間換下毛巾浴巾，地上用濕拖把帶過，然後弄得一次性拖鞋都是濕的，但就是擱那裡不拿走，弄得開門進房間看着就很濕很亂，沒辦法我們自己找袋子把鞋子瓜皮裝好收拾好放在門口等她來拿。最最主要的是，被套也是裡外不分反着裝，她們對待客房部的隨意，讓住户對漢庭整體的體驗感很差！
