由於是半夜入住，進去後發現垃圾桶有水，淋浴噴頭都在水龍頭上掛着，床單也很臟，然後打了客服電話換了房間，結果下去重新自助辦理入住，負責管理的老頭突然出來對着我們一頓説，意思是我們上去了過了一會才下來換房間，給他房間弄臟了要重新打掃，依依不饒嗶嗶賴賴，問他到底能不能換，不行我就不住了，他一直説換可以換，然後一直強調我們上去時間久了弄臟了他的房間，我和他一起上去讓他看那個臟的要命的房間，他説我們要求不能太高，阿姨每天打掃，説垃圾桶的水是阿姨洗手的，反正就是他有理，就算房間臟我們也要理解，最後我們換了另一個，雖然也不是很乾凈，但是最起碼看着像是打掃過了。我和我對象都是研究生來考試，我倆進房間在床上坐一下，放個包，然後看看衞生間，打電話問客服能不能換房，難道不需要時間麼？一直説我們呆了很久。還説我們扯謊，我們有必要在這跟你扯謊？
我真的非常不能理解半夜一兩點拉着你和你吵架的負責人，自己品控不行讓顧客學會理解
避雷吧，這家！！！！無比憤怒！！！

整體性價比挺好，有視頻會員，很多電影可看，但是地板還是下水口有點反味所以衞生衹能給四顆星，找不到酒店在哪，打電話問的，態度很好，在五福超市旁邊的小樓梯上去

房間被褥無異味，床墊很軟。也是高科技，無人辦理入住，電腦掃臉辦理入住退房。第一次住這種刷臉就可以進入自己預訂房間的，沒住的可以一試，我一個人住沒有看電影，都看手機的，這點不予點評

這是一家連鎖賓館，之前在其它門店住過，感覺還不錯，剛好這次考試的對面也有一家，應該裝修不久，設施啥的，都挺新的，自助機登錄入住，裏面安排了工作人員，檢查了安康碼和行程碼，免費的消毒水配備，房間面積不算大，配置了投影儀屏幕，這應該是卡門影宿的特色，主打電影影院主題，畫質，音效都是棒棒噠，考試期間，房間挺搶手的，還好，預訂早[666][666]
