這間公寓的衞生狀況令人堪憂，垃圾滿櫃，灰塵堆積，牆壁上污漬斑斑，衞生間異味撲鼻，居住環境十分惡劣。

差到不能再差，根本不能住，我晚上是網吧包夜度過的
1. 到地方了，找不到前台，要打平台的客服電話才能聯繫到老闆，他才從別的地方過來
2. 馬桶是壞的，根本用不成，見圖片，你們自己品
3. 淋浴是壞的，跟洗手枱水管是一起的，轉換不了，不出水，老闆也不解決。
4. 問wifi密碼是永遠問不到的，害我用流量花了20多塊。
5. 想找老闆解決任何問題那是不可能的，微信電話都不帶接的。
6.衞生我就不用説了，看圖片自己品。
衹有向平台投訴一條路了

因為有演唱會，所以我們四個人來住這，結果開開心心的日子被這個破民宿搞得好命苦。。。
1️⃣馬桶太噁心不拍了，衞生間很昏暗噁心，花灑還壞了，水衹能從洞裏噴出來
2️⃣兩張床都放在了下面，上面亂七八糟的像倉庫
3️⃣連窗簾都拉不上
4️⃣麻將桌不乾淨，麻將也很臟很黏。一開始麻將桌被堆在角落，線也插不上，我們打電話給他，他來一句有演唱會人多，有事別問我自己解決。
5️⃣好不容易對付睡著了，床上不知道有什麼，睡的身上特別癢
6️⃣早上起來房間停電了，手機充不了電
7️⃣四人房間衹給兩幅牙刷，水更是沒有
8️⃣最重要的‼️‼️男老闆態度賊差，打電話時説微信號，我信號差沒聽清讓再説一遍，就直接用那種咆哮的語氣喊出來？搞不懂怎麼有這樣的老闆
房間從來沒打掃過 到處都很臟
總結:來打麻將打不好
睡覺睡不好
看演唱會也看的不開心
2025年了，這種不好好經營的民宿，該倒閉了

聯繫不到人，10個電話衹接兩個，打前台電話也不接，老闆特別擅長掛電話，晚上是通過跟着小區的業主，蹭進來的。來了後發現他在24樓整理其他的雜物，都不下去接我們。而且電話那頭態度特別差，房間裏衹有一次性的牙刷牙膏，第二天早晨起來是冷水洗的，是冷水澡。找老闆問吹風機，老闆説好他去解決，之後就是任何電話都不接，最後等了四十多分鐘電話不接，吹風機沒有送來。沒辦法我就直接去理髮店吹頭髮了，床單也不衞生，牀板很硬。住過最差的一次，服務特別特別差，要不不接電話，老闆採取不接電話的方式解決問題。不敢想如果那天晚上不跟着業主進來，讓我們在門口等，不知道會等到幾點鐘才能進來。之前已經在門口等了二十多分鐘了。看我打了多少電話。

大家避雷，預訂了房間，找不到位置，然後聯繫客服，加了微信，微信發了實際位置，然後客服直接辦理了入住，到房間以後，房間臟亂差，桌子上都是黴點。衞生一言難盡，麻將桌是斑斑點點的，浴巾是放在燃氣灶跟前的，水池都是頭髮，然後就申請了退房，房東不給退，沒有住還付了錢！真的離譜！！！

與宣傳頁相差很大，是居民區住房改造的。我進去之後衞生沒收拾，床單被子都是亂的。環境很差，再溝通之後，就沒有人回答了。而且安全性也得不到保證，我還沒進去，門就是大剌剌的開着
