It's too bad. I've never encountered this before. They forced me to upgrade the room. I had a tough attitude. I delayed the check-in process. The room I reserved was clearly available, but I didn't go through it. I asked for a refund and I paid the fee directly. I didn't go through the platform.

Great, clean and hygienic, with an open view, elegant environment, and convenient transportation. 服務態度超級差還沒到退房時間直接來攆人而且直接開門就進一點素質也沒有，還不告訴具體位置還要自己找，還有衞生很差我是2點後入住咋還沒打掃完嗎？上個住的襪子什麼的都還還在，想讓我給洗的嗎，最後態度特別差一直問要個人訊息什麼的之前都給過了還要加微信不給加還不讓關門，什麼態度而且是不能打字嗎一直給打電話，説了不方便還是打電話真服了
