衞生極差，出現一衹蟑螂就代表有很多衹藏在房間裏，這也太嚇人了。而且房間很不隔音，被汽車喇叭吵醒好幾次。但是服務態度挺好的，7號晚上值夜班的前台小姐姐人特別好，當時打電話問酒店賣不賣洗臉巾，她説她個人有可以借給我。

來登記懶得摘口罩刷臉讓她看身份證登記一下從這開始態度就不耐煩了，空調有問題開了半天沒反應 遙控器後面蓋子都沒，手機開也不行。
打電話跟前台好聲好氣講，她推卸責任一直説我們操作問題，我請她上來看一下 直接不耐煩説行我上來 砰一聲電話掛了。
搞半天又是踩椅子上去查看又是扣電池，空調是好的我們至於麻煩你們？你要是來了一按就開我至於説空調有問題？你們自己都弄半天還説是客户問題，態度這麼差聲音尖的要吵架。也不是第一次來貝殼，前幾次前台姐姐温柔的很，什麼公主脾氣你不能幹就回家😅
