It is very cost-effective to book the room rate now, and you can also choose to include three meals. The dishes are different every day, and there is watermelon for breakfast. 酒店送一日三餐，這一點好評。看得出來，老闆用心了。但是不足的問題也很多。首先地下停車場的話沒有任何標識，關鍵是下面還有另外一家酒店很容易走錯，希望改進。另外的話，早餐時間9:00就結束結束的太早。另外房間的床頭有股黴味。退房時間1:00。還有要收400塊按金。

非常垃圾的酒店,房間內浴袍不乾淨，有異味還有毛髮都是不洗的嗎？枕頭上居然還有血漬，早飯也特別難吃鹽跟不要錢似的，總枱服務態度也有夠差的話沒説完就掛我電話。

首先是攜程的老會員，其次也是經常入住這家酒店的，昨晚18:40到前台告知已下訂單了報姓名前台告知已經看到訂單了，之後等了一分半這樣子也沒説一句話，也沒給辦理入住手續，前台兩女士聊着天，然後我説辦入住啊，這時又加入了一個前台女士，三個人聊着九點就下班了。然後我説辦理入住，這時有位***工作人員（女士）告知出示身份證，我説沒帶，她説了一句無證辦理在那，隨即用手指了下前台右方，態度還有些不耐煩，因為吧枱擋住，沒有看見，我便問了在哪，她就很不耐煩的語氣説，不是在這嗎？我説你那樣誰知道在哪！然後很隨意的説了句按金400，我説之前一直都要交按金嗎？她説我們家一直是。（因為現在大部分酒店都是已經網上交費就免按金直接辦理入住）所以便問了一下，在此之時我問了一下：你們這的簽約吳經理今日上班嗎？這時這位***工作人員陰陽怪氣的説了一句：不管你找哪個銷售經理都是要交按金的！我很氣憤的問道，因為認識你們的吳經理我衹是問一下是否今日在職，你是怎麼知道我找他就是要免按金？更何況問的同時我二維碼已經打開讓其掃碼。試問這樣的工作態度與素養，又怎麼能從心底有意識的服務客户，和經開方萊的工作態度形成顯明的對比！附圖上進房間馬桶墊上的衞生情況！

酒店房間近期裝修，新穎乾淨衞生，寬敞氣派舒適！就是前台服務不夠熱情，我晚上睡覺怕吵，她卻安排緊鄰電梯的房間，衹好跑樓下前台換了房間。早餐和中餐自助餐一般夠飽。酒店離融創樂園7公里，開車十幾分鍾就到了，遊玩比較方便！免費地下停車場比較大。酒店服務比較單一，作為四鑽酒店，沒用有健身房比較少見！
