我訂了兩個房間家庭出遊 我去前台要個梳子她給我拿那種我説要房間的那種前台説都是統一的這個所有酒店都是這樣的沒有其他的房間也是這種 我講房間的梳子是那種白色的上面有酒店的名字 她説就是這樣的其他沒有用就用 剛好保潔來了也沒説話 我拿着上樓 去洗頭髮如果房間沒有護髮素我肯定在樓下去買 有我就沒買 因為頭髮長乾燥不用不行 我看房間就沒買 結果洗頭是這樣子的 像過期的牛奶沉澱的那種 別提多噁心我了 你們平均三百多一晚的酒店就是這樣的服務 這樣的態度 最後梳子還是用一下就斷了 白色的我們倆人用的 不得不説你們酒店真是麻煩前台好好培訓一下在上位別一副高高在上的感覺 做的本來就是服務行業 你的服務在哪態度極其惡劣24早上七點左右

在希萊住了好多天了，很滿意的一家酒店，房間寬敞乾淨，落地玻璃窗，淋浴間衞生間配置都很到位。最方便的是酒店的位置，就在安農大地鐵站附近，環球金融中心的商業設施齊全，肯德基老鄉雞麪包店超市……都有，各方麪條件都很好

在附近看到這家。覺得價格還可以。 進去了之後房間也還行。 主要是服務真的挺好的。 附近也很方便，也有洗衣房，烘乾機。還不錯整體來説。下次有機會還會過來的。

設施：比較陳舊，很多地方發黴開裂。
衞生：房間有很重的黴味，隱隱的煙味。
環境：隔音很差，不僅能聽到講話敲門的聲音，隔壁用水時水管聲音巨大，整個房間都吵。
服務：唯一不錯的就是服務態度，工作人員挺熱情的。
