這次入住的酒店真的讓我太滿意啦!一進房間，就被那乾淨整潔的環境所吸引，每一處細節都打理得井井有條。而且房間的裝修超級新，設計感十足，讓人一進門就心情大好！最讓我驚喜的是那扇大落地窗，視野開闊，陽光灑滿整個房間，讓人感覺特別明亮和舒適。房間還配有助眠森林氧吧，挺新奇的，也是第一次使用，介紹説，有助眠和預防鼻炎的效果，咱也是體驗了一下，一覺睡到自然醒。

房間設施都很新，衞生乾淨，當時也是看重這一點才訂的。房間空間挺大的，有私密性，再也不是一開門入眼就是床了。房間入門處的可愛小魚茶具的茶桌，挺新穎的，很吸引人。房間裏還有投影儀和大熒幕，全景落地窗，視野很開闊，躺在那個軟沙發上很舒服。晚上準備了點零食和朋友一起窩在房間裏看電影，得勁。還有免費騰訊視頻可以用，不用看廣告，挺不錯的。入住還送了紅酒，沒有喝，是可以帶走的。住酒店還帶了瓶酒回家！我自己也沒想到。

前台服務特別好很細心耐心認真。大廳環境很好很舒適温馨，採光充足。房間的設備先進完善配套齊全，衞生乾淨整潔，房間打掃得也很徹底。前台還有眼罩耳塞馬桶墊的物品提供，還有紅糖薑茶和生理期用品，超級貼心，酒店的早晚餐真的是亮點，美味，衞生，推薦入住！！！

我訂了兩個房間家庭出遊 我去前台要個梳子她給我拿那種我説要房間的那種前台説都是統一的這個所有酒店都是這樣的沒有其他的房間也是這種 我講房間的梳子是那種白色的上面有酒店的名字 她説就是這樣的其他沒有用就用 剛好保潔來了也沒説話 我拿着上樓 去洗頭髮如果房間沒有護髮素我肯定在樓下去買 有我就沒買 因為頭髮長乾燥不用不行 我看房間就沒買 結果洗頭是這樣子的 像過期的牛奶沉澱的那種 別提多噁心我了 你們平均三百多一晚的酒店就是這樣的服務 這樣的態度 最後梳子還是用一下就斷了 白色的我們倆人用的 不得不説你們酒店真是麻煩前台好好培訓一下在上位別一副高高在上的感覺 做的本來就是服務行業 你的服務在哪態度極其惡劣24早上七點左右
