Hampton by Hampton is my go to hotel in Hefei, my hometown, and never failed me over the years. I think it is the best value hotel in Hefei. The staff at the hotel is exceptional! Room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is great too! Laundry room equipped with a washer and a dryer on each floor is certainly a nice-to-have!

The hotel staff are warm and welcoming, and I feel like I'm home. The hotel has all the necessary facilities. The rooms are clean and tidy. The breakfast is quite rich and meets most people's tastes. It's also very convenient to order takeaway. There is a robot to deliver it. The front desk staff also brought ice for fear of the hot weather. The mineral water is very considerate. The receptionist Tingting's service is warm and good. It's a great experience. I will stay here next time if I have the opportunity.

出差在網上選擇了這家酒店，當來到酒店的時候，其實感覺酒店不是很新，辦理入住在4樓，其實有一點點不方便，本來想着就是工作住一晚，也沒什麼了，辦理入住的時候前台小姐姐們很熱心的看我一個女士，給我安排升級到一個比較高的樓層，很貼心，因為工作的原因房間需要晚點退，當時也就和前台人員提了一下，沒想到前台海雲小姐姐，很迅速的幫忙辦理了延遲退房，並且還特意説不用急，可以晚一點也沒關係，下午退房的時候又很熱心的幫我寄存了行李，晚上回來特別急，外賣點了也沒時間吃，拿行李的時候正好那個小姐姐要走，前台其他人也在忙，又折回來幫我拿行李，拿外賣的時候看我買的漢堡還特意帶了温的礦泉水，真的特別暖心，覺得這次出差，雖然在異地，但是感覺到了，合肥的熱情，超級好的體驗！
