中轉路過臨時找的酒店 還是不錯的 基本設施很合格 也很乾凈 前台辦理入住和退房都很快 總體設施符合一個標準酒店的要求
但是房間應該沒有説的那麼大 一個人很合適 兩個就很擁擠了

最近出差入住了合肥宜尚酒店西七裏塘店，必須給個五星好評！無論是地理位置、服務態度還是住宿體驗，都讓我印象深刻。

酒店緊鄰地鐵2號線西七裏塘站，步行5分鐘即可到達，去政務區、三裏庵商圈或合肥南站都很方便。周邊超市、餐飲店林立，晚上還能散步去附近的清溪路美食街，體驗地道的合肥小吃，完全不用擔心“深夜食堂”的問題。
**2. 貼心服務，賓至如歸**
前台小姐姐笑容超暖，主動幫我升級了房型，還詳細介紹了酒店設施和周邊路線。退房時下雨，保安大叔不僅幫忙叫車，還貼心地遞了把傘，細節服務讓人感動。
**3. 智能客房，細節滿分**
房間是簡約的藍白風格，搭配智能客控系統，一聲“小愛同學”就能調節燈光和空調。床墊軟硬適中，羽絨被輕盈保暖，一覺睡到自然醒。衞浴乾濕分離，配的檀香沐浴露很有質感，洗手枱還裝了補光燈，女生化粧超友好！
**4. 衞生無可挑剔**
浴室地板光潔到反光，毛巾蓬鬆有陽光的味道，每日打掃連化粧品都幫忙規整擺放，保潔阿姨必須加雞腿！
**5. 超值附加服務**
免費自助早餐驚艷到我，合肥特色sa湯、現煮小餛飩、西式烘焙一應俱全。三樓還有24小時健身房，跑步機對着落地窗，夜跑也能看城市夜景。
**性價比之王**
相比周邊同價位酒店，這裏從硬件到服務都更勝一籌。商務出差推薦選帶辦公桌的房型，USB插座和高速Wi-Fi讓工作效率翻倍。

衞生太差，衞生間牆面不知道什麼液體已經結痂起殼，浴巾打開裏麪包的棉絮和頭髮，窗簾上很多臟東西結痂，近幾年頻繁入住的酒店，之前一直都還不錯的，不知道是不是工作人員調整還是更換管理者，現在真的是一言難盡。秉持着大家都不容易和不寫差評原則，聯繫客服人員希望引起管理者重視加強管理。沒想到三天都沒等到酒店的主動聯繫和解釋説明，再次詢問竟是那麼高傲的態度，現在消費者已經到了那麼卑微的地步嗎。在意衞生和在意消費體驗的小夥伴們慎重。

體驗還行，地理位置比較好，離地鐵站比較近，靠近市中心出去玩或者吃飯什麼的都比較方便，靠近弘陽廣場，有個盒馬，距離之心城挺近的

一共連續住了9天 期間免費升級了房間 也有自己積分升級的 就是不知道是不是升級的同類型房間 工作人員要好評很積極 ➕的個人微信 後面反饋問題就沒聲音了 沐浴房沒有沐浴露已經兩天了 昨天浴巾也沒補 牀頭櫃的衞生也沒打掃過 包括紙巾沒了也不補 這些應該都是每天打掃的時候主動去處理的 而不是讓客户去反饋 更何況反饋了還沒反應 本來打算今天還續住 現在想想算了
