The room cleaned by the cleaning lady was clean and tidy. The two cleaning ladies I met were very gentle and would help whenever I needed them. You can also encounter many cute puppies when taking the elevator at night. It is a very nice hotel.

The room has a good view, is clean and tidy, and the hotel is conveniently located. The front desk service is enthusiastic, the hotel is well decorated and the bed is comfortable. I will stay here again next time I come to Hefei

The service of this hotel is the worst I have ever stayed in. The staff was sullen and arrogant the whole time, as if someone owed him money, and it's a chain hotel. I was very dissatisfied with the whole check-in process, and the manager didn't come out to apologize in person to resolve the issue. I really don't know how this manager works. The management of this hotel is really poor and messy. The hygiene is as shown in the picture. There are several urine stains and unclean places on the toilet. Who dares to stay here? I dare not sit on it. I dared to use it several times after pouring hot water on it. There is still garbage in the trash can, which should have been thrown by the previous guest. The garbage bag was not changed. There was dust all over the floor, the sheets and towels were broken, and there were stains on the windows. There was not a single place that I was satisfied with. It was really cramped to stay here. Moreover, this hotel is not a single-family house, but inside an apartment. The people inside are also messy and it feels unsafe. I don't even want to give it one star for this stay. You can experience it for yourself.
