Great experience in this hotel. The staffs in this hotel were nice and caring. The room was clean and comfortable. There were various food in breakfast including both western style and China style. I will book this hotel again if I travel to this region next time.

前台服務很好 我剛進酒店就很禮貌的給我打招呼 然後當我到前台 給我倒了杯熱飲 整個房間住着挺舒適的 很高端 早餐還是比較滿意的 種類挺多 整體入住還是非常滿意 下次來合肥出差還是選擇這個酒店

首先這家歡朋並不在路邊，需要通過一個停車場進入一條巷子走幾分鐘再右轉才能看到，而且是側面，不注意確實很難發現。他們自己所有圖片都是沒有展示這點，看着挺小賓館。
當時辦理入住時從來沒提過他們設備有問題，空調都是壞掉的，我們進入酒店後，開了一個多小時空調，由於對歡朋的信任所以空調一直出冷風我們以為是在啟動，過了一個多小時我們才發現真的冷的受不了了，被子蓋着頭才稍好，當地當時氣温其實並沒有這樣，不需要這樣，導致我妹妹受涼感冒。
打電話給酒店説空調壞掉需要維修，但是為什麼在我們預訂之初不告知，我們完全可以更換其他酒店，當天並不是節假日，其實選擇麪很大，但是為了賺錢，隱瞞事實，後來由於我們才進酒店不清楚，對朋友進行推薦住宿，他們兩間房也已經入住酒店，為了方便出行勉強忍耐。
房間玻璃是比較薄隔音挺差，完全休息不了，大家可以聽一下這個聲音看能不能睡着。
早上我們十二點前，我們十點出門，我們出門前，阿姨為了提前打掃收拾，直接不敲門開門進來想打掃。
前台為了表示空調的不好説送我兩把十元雨傘，當時我不在，我妹妹拿行李他不清楚拿了，隨時可以讓我寄回去。謝謝。
酒店機器人可以送餐到樓上還行，但是下次入住不會推薦。有問題提前説明，我能接受我入住，不能接受還要強迫我們入住，一晚上受涼噪音大，第二天直接進房間，真的厲害的。
