I rarely give negative reviews to any business! But regarding yesterday's check-in, I personally felt really unhappy. I didn't mention that there was no hot water when I checked in. I called the front desk, and they said hot water would be available in 10 minutes. After an hour, I called again and said that the water pipe had burst again. Yes, there is no water tonight. There must be hot water tomorrow morning. When I got up at 6:50 in the morning on the second day, not only was there no hot water, but there was no cold water. When I checked out, I thought the front desk would take the initiative to say sorry. Don't even say sorry! To be honest, this hotel has been open for more than ten years. The facilities inside are indeed very old and the air conditioner is noisy everywhere. It is recommended that everyone be cautious!
