我是考研選的這個賓館，入住體驗很好，本來預訂的房間沒有獨衞，老闆專門給我們換了有獨立衞浴的房間，因為我們是兩個人一起住，老闆還找了有兩張單人床的房間，價格優惠，老闆人也很和善，服務很好，周到，設施也很齊全，衞生也很好，地理位置和環境都很不錯，買東西很方便。床睡得非常舒服。

關於衞生：牆上有蜘蛛網，床底垃圾也沒掃，遙控器上都有灰，最可怕的是，昨天晚上脱的鞋，今天早上穿鞋時裏面有個蜘蛛。關於隔音：隔音效果差，還有個客人帶了狗，半夜被吵醒好幾次，五點多之後就一直在叫，沒睡好老闆人挺好的，就是其他的真不咋的，那水業不乾淨，像有漂**一樣渾濁的，價格與周邊相比是最便宜的，考試期間也沒漲太多

房間很差，床單被罩也不換，上面各種污漬，裏面衞生堪憂，廁所也很臟，公共浴室就幾乎沒有，太垃圾了，還不如住青年公寓。

離省立醫院南區很近，走路幾分鐘就到，就是看上距離南區近，周圍吃飯也比較方便，老闆人很好，房間內空調，熱水供應充足，好評

床單上有血漬，床單破損爛洞，枕芯發黃，枕套有血漬，沒有一次性洗漱物品，沒有毛巾，沒有拖鞋，房間描述與實際相差太大，擅自該房間，房間狹窄，沒有吹風機。隔音太差，安全性低。不建議訂該旅館
