警告，合肥白金漢爵酒店，本人在酒店房間遺失一支田玉手鐲子，酒店人員拒不承認，大家保管好自己的貴重物品，一定不要遺失在這個酒店，一點職業操守都沒有，這樣的酒店不要住，酒店前台接待小姐説的一句話很到位，那你走的時候怎麼不給帶着呢，我**要帶着現在有後續找你們的事嘛！[強]

酒店早餐服務人員態度極差，極差，極差，極差，3個菜包3個肉包4盒牛奶必須折算兩張早餐卷價值116元，我説想説下每個包子多少錢，每盒牛奶多少錢，我是每個月住酒店將近20天的出差人，我也是第一次評價酒店差的，下面圖片是必須等同兩個人早餐券，兩個人早餐券價值是116元。

服務太差了，晚上腳破了讓前台送個創可貼，告訴説不能送，讓客人自己下去拿，然後轉天退房開票，來個衹能開整數的發票，自動忽略了後邊的金額，這個服務水平和專業水平怎麼培訓的？這是住過最差的酒店了

酒店像一個充滿銅臭味的豪華酒店，處處體現着收費，停車場收費，住酒店停車25元停車費，沒有免費礦泉水，沒有一次性拖鞋，沒有窗户，新風系統沒有作用，聯繫前台説我在頁面上已經提示了，是你硬要來的，要升級加價！呵呵兩個字給該酒店。
關於付費項目，酒店自助早餐50一位，價格全季的免費早餐。

這家酒店不可否認營銷做的不錯，酒店一樓基本是買東西的，商業氣息很濃，衹顧賺錢，但沒注意住宿體驗，入駐不提醒中午12.00後退房要收超時費用，再説了你要收超時費你也應該電話通知吧！沒有任何提示我一點鐘到前台退房就説要收超時費，問她為什麼不電話通知，前台不耐煩的告訴我小票上有註明，請問有多少住客會看小票？高高在上愛住不住的樣子！最後通過攜程協調才免了超時費。
停車場收費20元，除非你下載他們的APP的，我基本不差評，這家住宿感受確實非常糟糕！！
