出差來這邊，晚上11點左右到酒店，check in的時候前台居然找不到訂單，耽誤了十幾分鍾聯繫攜程才給解決，表揚攜程，處理問題速度很快。後來前台説什麼把我名字登記到別人房間下了，格林系的管理都這樣嗎？人沒到酒店，都可以把別人名字隨便登記？晚上等了十幾分鍾，沒任何補償，前台甚至還要給我換成雙床房，美其名曰“升級”。第一次見把大床升級雙床的，我説給我大床房升一級，前台立馬説沒房了？？？
房間也是一言難盡，換氣風扇是壞的，房間裏一股下水道的味道，空調製熱效果也差，開30度一點不覺得暖和，衞生倒是還可以。不論是房間配置還是前台包括你們系統，沒有一個滿意的，大床升級雙床房屬實👍

我訂的是豪華單間，居然給的是異形房，拉開窗簾正對着岔路口和一座大鐵塔，衞生間是斜的，剛進房間拉開被子清晰可見床單下有一團長髮，床麪可以明顯的摸着床墊的彈簧，我衹好將被子墊一半蓋一半，將就了一晚。

從來沒給過酒店差評 這是第一個，從昨天晚上入住前台的服務態度就很差，剛進房間沒網絡，打電話給前台，前台説讓我連其他房間，我説網不好，我要模擬考試，我剛進房間我説那不然換個有網的，前台告知説沒有，説維修師傅也下班了，我就生氣了問他白天為什麼不休，前台直接懟我説白天我説了嗎，我白天根本沒入住我怎麼説，真是搞笑，直接投訴還告訴我，他們説態度沒有問題，真是笑**，有沒有問題自己心裏清楚，天冷了一夜空調製熱高風速都沒有熱，我們還帶着個小嬰兒，毛巾也是今早洗頭髮擦頭髮拍的都是破洞的，衞生間門口的牆磚也是快脱落了，也是不理解就這服務態度都出現安全問題了還這樣，還自認為自己沒問題，真是花錢買罪受，真的超級差，如果有出行需求千萬別住這家，垃圾的要命
