一進房間，一股煙味不講了，孩子發燒，想睡個好覺都不行，到處修路的機械聲，第二天退房，遺留物品也不主動打電話告知，等我打電話問的時候非説給我打電話了，我要求把東西給我寄過來，説什麼讓我承擔快遞費用，我是遺忘了東西，可是你們有主動告知嗎？更離譜的事又出現了，東西經協商送過來了，但是裏面莫名其妙的出現一個大褲衩，真噁心死我了
