Speedy communication, convenient location and spacious apar**ent.
Downside, the house isn't properly maintained: very dirty, dusty and full of cigarette smoke. When I arrived i had to request for cleaning which wasn't well done. Kitchen things were all dirty and lots of long term dirt and dust everywhere. Really bad and not worth the price.

The location is easy to find, it is very convenient to travel downstairs, go shopping, eat, and shop. There are large supermarkets and large shopping malls. Upon entering the door, the interior is neat, clean and bright, and the decoration is modern. The facilities are also new. Very good experience.
