房間很乾凈，無異味，電視可以正常收看，採光也很不錯。前台人員服務熱情，附近走幾步就是正大廣場，門口就有便利店，十分的方便，附近就有公交站，不論是打車還是公共交通都非常的方便。

優點 1.房間大，有工作台 2.設備齊全雙層玻璃隔音不錯 3.乾淨整潔，樓層高視野好 4.智能小度控制 5.半智能馬桶有加熱功能冬天用的最舒服缺點 1.房間插座少，而且很難差 2.第一次用必須用小度語音控制打開空調否則按了空調不起作用，這點酒店最好説明一下告知客人 3.浴室採用磨砂玻璃非常不好，外面能看到影子，跟父母住一起尷尬。而且一旦開浴室廁所燈會影響創邊上的人睡覺這個非常不好 4.洗衣機在23層需要走樓梯才能到，洗衣服發現洗衣液都沒有了也沒人加 5.酒店沒有配備洗手液希望酒店改進一下，生意越做越大！

離明珠廣場比較近，這是唯一優點了.大熱天的，空調不給力，温度顯示31度説是正常的，因為顯示器有問題，其實沒那麼高的温度，請問住店需要自我PUA麼？真的很熱，換了個房間也不行最無語的是，晚上凌晨一點多陌生人刷卡開房門，前台一句不會吧就結束了。保潔阿姨説這都是常見的，前台小小丫頭常常搞錯的，請問，房間開重是可以常常發生的事情麼，就憑這個，再也不會去了房間的各類傢俱桌子櫃子，都是上面簡單貼了一層皮改色的，貼的還粗糙，房間馬桶漏水，漱口杯上一位客人使用後未做清理，反正不值這個價

住酒店不少次，第一次遇到空調不製冷的，酒店開着玩的麼，打16度一直顯示26度，房間熱的要命，打電話前台説滿房，沒辦法換。拿了鼓風機一樣的電扇，打開吵不開熱，一晚都睡不好，給了廠房體驗感，糟糕透了。

住過很多次了，來合肥必選這家酒店，停車免費，前台服務好，房間乾淨整潔，早餐種類也很多，離看演唱會的地方也近，門口就有公交站，離商場也特別近方便買東西，真的很推薦大家入住

房間還是比較乾淨的，空調製冷效果不錯，打開一會就涼了！雖然是地毯的房間，但是並沒有異味，衞生間地面和細節也是可以的！前台的辦理入住和退房都很迅速，服務態度也很好👍
