房間設施很陳舊，環境也一般，關鍵網絡一直連不上。還有一點樓上裝修太吵了。隔音效果很差，旁邊屋的動靜聽的清楚，唯一好處就是地理位置還是可以的。離政務區很近的。

前台客服態度不錯，主要是有些吵，樓上很吵，大概從下午一直持續到第二天早上都很吵，但是地理位置不錯。價格也便宜

辦理入住時的前台態度很差，房間內床單上都是臟的，換了一間房，被子上是破的，又換了一間房，櫃子是壞的，實在很影響入住的心情，入住體驗感很差！退房的時候也是直接敲門問退不退房，不會打電話嗎？
