My first stay at Hampton Inn left a very positive impression. They called us half a day in advance and gave us a surprise upgrade to the room type our kids liked. The moment we opened the door, the kids were overjoyed, instantly relieving their travel fatigue! Every detail was thoughtfully considered, including the rich breakfast. The laundry room provided laundry bags and notes with messages, and the maids would wash and dry clothes as requested, saving me the hassle of running around. This is something I haven't experienced at other hotels, and it shows Hampton Inn truly cares about their guests.
