AC was not working correct y and made a strange noise all night. Also the shower was very hot or very cold. Breakfast was poor and all Chinese. Definitely not a hotel for an international traveler.

Very pleasant experience overall. The room was very clean and had a lot of free gifts that are generally paid for elsewhere. Breakfast was a little sparse but had the usual noodle bar and just enough variety. The only thing lacking was decent coffee. Special mention to the guy manning the reception desk who was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely consider staying here again.

The staff at the reception was super friendly and helpful especially 胡思雨 (Hu Siyu), she gave us great indications on where to go in the city and even called a taxi for us. Many thanks again🙏🏻😊

The room is spacious and very clean, check in is fast and seamless. Location is nearby to the high speed train station. Worth staying at this hotel.

200m away from line 5 mrt. Great room with full automation. Use face recognition to open room door. Room use xiaoai control sysem. Bed is big for family with 2 kids.

The hotel room bathroom is leaking and cause a bad smell, although upgrade a new room but still the same
