The room is clean and tidy, and the house area is relatively large. Because the room is facing the street, it is relatively quiet. The boss is warm and timely in service, and always responds to requests. I stayed for two weeks and it was still very comfortable.

Very convenient. The high-speed rail is directly connected to the subway. There is also a direct bus to the company. There is also a washing machine and clothes drying rack in the room. I stepped on the puddles downstairs, but after washing it, I dried it overnight. The air conditioning in the room is strong and no noise. It is convenient to take a shower. The water pressure is quite strong (the only drawback is that the shower is installed too high😭). There is a lively snack street nearby, which is within walking distance. The boss lady recommended it~

地點優越：民宿就在地鐵4號線科大先研院站口，樓下就是銀泰百貨和聯華超市，去哪兒都特別方便。 房間貼心又實用：房內配了冰箱、洗衣機、沙發、小辦公桌、電視機，各類傢俱一應俱全，非常方便。 安靜舒適：隔音蠻不錯的，晚上睡覺不會被打擾。地面乾淨衞生、床單整齊，給人安心感 。 服務很到位：老闆人非常友好，細緻貼心，很 nice。 總的來説，這家酒店性價比非常高，不光適合出差，也適合想在高新區逛逛、臨時住上一晚的旅客。如果你想找個方便、乾淨、安靜，還帶點“小家”感覺的住處，挺推薦這裏的。

這次入住體驗依然很棒！酒店位置優越，緊鄰銀泰百貨，吃飯購物超方便。房間雖不算大，但佈局合理，設施齊全，床墊軟硬適中，睡得很舒服。衞生細節到位，浴室乾濕分離，熱水穩定。前台小姐姐態度親切，辦理入住高效，還貼心推薦了周邊美食。性價比超高，無論是出差還是旅行都很適合。下次來合肥還會選擇這裏，強烈安利給朋友們！

我覺得是這個樓裏做的最好的酒店了，很乾凈，設施也還不錯。

房間很大很乾凈，視野也不錯，基礎設施應有盡有，對面就是銀泰百貨，吃飯購物很方便。
