安置房改的，進單元門到電梯口要拐進去，如果是女生一個人的話，感覺會比較擔心人身安全，而且男女是在一個房子裏，衹不過是不同房間，有密碼鎖，但體驗感不是很好，因為男生應該是有房間要在外面洗澡的。

地鐵口旁，整體設施環境都很好，獨衞很大一間非常乾淨；女生房間有密碼鎖，公區有攝像頭，陽台有帶鎖櫃子；房間比較寬敞明亮，衞生每天都來搞得很乾凈；洗衣機，飲水機，燒水壺，吹風機，電熱毯都有；老闆人很好，祝店家生意興隆~
自助辦理入住很方便，記得提前聯繫店家

來個比較中肯的評價吧，這是我第一次選擇青旅，來這邊考試，想着怎麼實惠怎麼來。
優點:1.公共空間挺大的。
2.洗浴間水流還可以。
缺點:1.房間還是比較小
2.我住的房間因為就在客廳沙發旁邊，所以煙味會透過縫隙進來，很難受。
3.床單看上去乾淨程度還可以，但是枕套和蓋被上我發現了很多頭髮，好在老闆説陽台上有新的，換上確實就好多了。
總得來説，我的體驗不太好，晚上基本上沒怎麼睡着，兩點多還有一個室友回來了，大門開關的聲音很大。下次應該不會選擇青旅了。

環境整潔乾淨，老闆每天都過來打掃，大家自覺性都挺高的，性價比很高，周邊也挺方便地鐵站商圈都近的很，再次再來
