It is one of the most beautiful hotels I have been to in the Netherlands. It is very modern and cozy. The rooms are very unique and impressive. The food is very tasty and of a superior quality, it has the touch of a chef with a lot of experience and skill. Thanks to the staff for the accommodation.

We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights, one superior class than the other one, but I must say both rooms have beautiful interiors and very cozy. Good size shower cabin with 2 shower heads, washbasin are in the bedroom, same as the bathtub. Room is equipped with tea maker and coffee machine. One of the room was located near the busy popular restaurant/hang out spot hence the loud music could be hear in the evening from the room, even with window closed. But it stopped after the closing hour. The food from the restaurant located at the ground floor was tasty. Staffs were friendly and food was served very fast despite the busy hour. Good address to stay.

A real find….I can see why this hotel makes top 100 lists. There’s a really nice feel to it from the busy bar (always a good sign when it’s popular with locals) to the classy and idiosyncratic bedrooms. I was impressed by the friendly and attentive service from the staff even on the evening of an SC Heerenveen match. If you’re going to Heerenveen I can’t imagine another place to stay.

Really nice hotel with a lot of character. The staff were excellent and friendly. Rooms were clean and quirky. The food is excellent. Only downside is there is no parking but it’s is fairly easy to find nearby.

Funky, large, room with an extremely comfortable bed. The hotel incldues a busy bar/restaurant, although the rooms are far enough away from any noise. The nearest thing to a downside is the lift which takes for ever to travel two floors :) Staff were invariably helpful, fun and friendly.

Very nice location. Customer friendliness is perfectly fine. Great room (no.3), luxurious bathing and centrally located in the city. Dining was somewhat below standard as might actually be expected. A half-lukewarm Angus steak was not a compliment. Side dishes fine.

Actually, in a word, great, lunch in the afternoon was delicious, dinner in the evening was great, staff pleasant and polite. The room no.15. Was clean, nicely and warmly decorated. A small minus point under our window was the staff exit or rear exit, this door slammed very loudly dozens of times, not really relaxing when you are in a romantic bath....

Searching for a hotel with restaurant was very easy, the booking went smoothly! Check-in went smoothly, room absolutely perfect, breakfast absolutely perfect, the staff couldn't have been more perfect, the hospitality radiates and everything with a smile ;-) We had a package in advance for two evenings, once a dinner tasting and once a wine dinner! Both very tasty with desired breaks in between, but a pity that it was not coordinated! The tastings were the same……. Not so bad, but perhaps better to know this in advance? Thanks again and if we are in the area we will book 't Gerecht again ;-)
