The surrounding environment is beautiful and it is a quiet place. The hotel elevator is very retro, and the European breakfast is also good. Be sure to try boiled eggs, you can just grab one and open it and it will be cooked to perfection. Smiling service at the front desk, very nice.

Номер комфортний, в номері пахло свіжим повітрям, постіль біла, чиста без плям, дуже приємна на дотик, ліжко мʼяке, немов відпочиваєш на хмаринці. В номері можна зробити чай або каву, але на жаль тільки два паперові стакани. На рецепції привітний персонал с посмішкою, приємно спілкуватися, дякую в готелі я відпочила з задоволенням.

The room it self was good and price wise I think very good. Very unusual the fact that the toilet was separate from the bathroom. with no hand basin. Very nice that there was a Nespresso machine, with 4 pots. Disappointing that there were just two paper cups. The thing that let our stay down was the restaurant. First we were told that we were too late to make a reservation and we had to come after 20.00 hours as the restaurant was fully booked. No effort was done, to write down, for instance the room number so they could have called when there were tables free. When we arrived at 20.00 hrs the restaurant was already almost empty. Also we were not so pleased with the food. The fries were really yummy, I have to say. Staff clearly did not enjoy working for this hotel. We were offered a reduction of the price, but we really had to ask for this, after we honestly mentioned what was wrong with the food and also that food was not eaten. Would I stay in the hotel again. Yes, would I eat in the restaurant again No.

We had a couple of nights in this hotel with mixed feeling.The room was very good clean and comfortable with friendly helpfull staff.The food is not to good the evening meal was very average.The breakfast is the worst hotel breakfast in Europe without doubt.

This hotel is not a modern one, but old-fashioned and in a German-Swiss style. We liked it, but if you are looking for a modern stay, this is not your choice. A plus is the free parking area, not that common in The Netherlands. Room was OK, beds as well. A little bit expensive for what it offers, though.

Arrived at lunchtime. No staff serving on the outside terrace. Scan your phone on the table and somebody finally arrives to you half an hour later looking irritated that they have to serve you. Paid extra for a luxury room and it’s nothing special. Only a standard sized room with no fridge and a noisy mobile air-conditioning stand on the floor. For dinner they charge ridiculous money for a glass of water. Solution, walk to the toilet with your glass and fill it up or do what we did; melt some ice-cubes from the wine ice bucket. Apparently the fee for the water is because the water is filtered and kept in a refrigerated system. So not environmentally friendly not to mention the amount of plastic waste during breakfast. Fletcher Hotels really need to get with the times and start making a contribution to a cleaner planet.

It started badly because I could not use my gift card from weekendje Weg.nl, even though I had been assured by email that this was possible. Also the food was not good. Caesar salad with big chunks of boiled chicken and nasty dressing. Otherwise a run down hotel.
