酒店衹有少量停車位，就在酒店門口，先到先得，根本和攜程的描述相反的，給我們的房間有一盞燈經常發出聲音，然後就一股燒焦的味道。電視要自己投屏，機頂盒衹是擺設，聲量也調不了。廁所沖水，水會彈出來。硬件設施真的非常差！！！當天入住就跟前台去反應，但前台的態度和安排實在是不如一位上崗的服務人員，我在講她也在講，不給我説話的餘地，衹有她説，沒有我説，我説你們總部的電話是多少，我要打上去投訴，她很優秀的回答我“你去啊，我沒有問題的”，請問貴酒店，這是一位合格的服務人員嗎？有培訓上崗嗎？我知道我不是住星級酒店，但也不至於這樣的態度吧？這確實給旅遊的我們帶來非常不好的體驗感，下次也不會住這牌子的連鎖酒店，真的非常感謝你們給我帶來經驗。還有…酒店的早餐，也沒選擇，衹有粥和炒麪，連荷包蛋也沒有，真的不可恭維。
