這是住過最豪華的一家城市便捷酒店，交通方便，距離高速路口不遠，停車有專人看管很放心，大堂那是很氣派，高端，大氣，上檔次！前台還有茶水提供很加分，房間也是很寬敞，乾淨整潔，還有自助洗衣機，對於常年出差的人提供了很多便利，早上下來吃早餐大姐很熱情的幫我湯粉，當地特色很明顯味道很好，樓層高房間也很安靜！

第一次住城市便捷，感覺蠻好的。酒店位置非常好，大堂明亮寬敞，房間乾淨整潔，裝修簡歐，早餐品質不多，但食物簡單可口衞生。值得推薦。

沒有達到很好的入住服務，前台就是一股勁兒的，你問的問題就是不行就是不行，投訴了才能給你解決問題，有意思嗎，我們是會員還不能享受什麼升級房型和早餐，，，，，，，，。。。。。。。。。。。。。。，，，，，，

酒店車庫看門的女士超級勢利眼！一説是酒店停車，直接帶去車庫維修區停車，我説那裡維修地上都是沙子拖行李不方便，關鍵還有釘子！！！停過去有扎胎風險，她一聽外地人口音，態度更加惡劣，直接丟下一句：你愛停不停，酒店來的沒有車位了！（******此處省略她粗魯的問候口頭禪）我也是醉了！第一次遇到服務這麼差的酒店。我説好的我退訂單吧，她還回罵一句：那你退啊！這麼晚了你找地方住唄！又不差你這單！真是秀才遇到兵，哪家不是住不，何必生氣呢。結果電話到前台直接告知，服務差不是理由訂了就不能退了！沒住也不能退。這家的酒店服務管理是哪個職業經理人做的？我嚴重鄙視你的管理水平！
