The toilet is broken. I booked the money online. I have to open the money and collect the deposit when I go to the hotel. Do I charge twice? Will this money be refunded?

前台服務態度非常不好，退房的時候延遲了二十分鐘，説要給二十元錢，給我們打電話打的是廁所的電話，我們不知道電話竟然在廁所，還以為是隔音不好，別的房間的。入住的時候，預留手機號服務員工作不認真自己登記錯了，打電話打不通，還説是顧客的問題。態度極為不好，總之體驗感不好，老酒店了，環境也不怎麼樣。下次絕對不會再去！我從來不評論，這次和朋友入住體驗感實在差勁👎
