大過年的我不想發火但是還是要吐槽一下。到底是攜程的問題還是你們的問題，過年期間明明不提供早餐，怎麼還賣帶早餐的房間。我年三十早上下單雙床帶雙早，到了酒店才告知不提供早餐。這就算了，叫我退訂重新下單不帶早餐的，但是價格已經上漲。重新下單我虧幾十塊錢。衹能選擇退差價，可是你們的差價才退20塊，難道你們酒店的雙早才20塊。換位思考我加20可以得雙早嗎？

在網上預訂的到店後前台問我有沒有會員可以用會員價，經我查詢我確實有會員，我和前台説我有會員了了，可以用會員折扣會員價，前台哪個女的明知道我有會員，還硬辦理入住不給我在網上取消訂單使用會員折扣，真的氣**了

差！差！差！床上有頭髮，床頭地面還有之前客人遺留下來避孕套的袋子，服務員服務態度惡劣，推卸責任，電話到前台要求換床單到離店沒有説過一句道歉的話。4百多的房價就這樣的服務，這個品牌不應該這麼差的呀。

住的是親子豪華套間，很寬敞，方便，衞生好，舒服，好停車！連着住了兩晚，白天到金城江玩了，晚上還回到宜州住。這幾年出差，旅遊都首選維也納。
