Vienna Hotel (Yizhou Sankeshu)

I don't want to get angry but I still want to make complaints about the Chinese New Year. Is it Ctrip's problem or your problem? Why do you still sell rooms with breakfast when you obviously don't provide breakfast during the Chinese New Year? I placed an order for a double bed with two breakfasts on the morning of New Year's Eve, and I was told that breakfast was not provided when I arrived at the hotel. Forget it, I was asked to unsubscribe and re-order without breakfast, but the price has increased. I lost dozens of dollars when I re-ordered. I can only choose to refund the price difference, but your price difference is only 20 yuan. Could it be that the double breakfast in your hotel is only 20 yuan. Thinking in another way, can I add 20 to get double breakfast?

酒店位置不錯，服務也不錯。衞生也做的到位。唯一的遺憾就是：給我的房間離外面的大概是設備房很近，有點噪音。本想把窗户關嚴，減少點噪音，結果房間的窗户已經限位，不能開也不能關，沒辦法。建議酒店改善一下，給客人帶來更好的入住體驗。

設施：房間設施完備，性能良好，早餐品種多。服務熱情。

酒店風格不錯，復古優雅，設施齊全，唯一就是床頭的充電器用不了，希望能趕緊提升，其他都很滿意。
