The hotel is generally good. The bed is wide and comfortable. The bathroom is spacious. The hot water is not very good. I can barely use the hottest setting for showering at night. The faucet for washing my face in the morning can't release hot water... Also, the shower head can be replaced with a new one. The water sprayed out is not concentrated and it hurts when it hits my body. I also have a small suggestion that it would be better to install a towel rack in the bathroom. People like me who are used to bringing their own towels when going out have no place to hang towels! The breakfast is very satisfactory. There are many varieties. When I checked in, the housekeeping staff was reporting more than 10 rooms to the front desk. The front desk deliberately picked a very bad room for me from the 10 rooms, because it was on a low floor and facing a karaoke bar. It was past midnight, and the karaoke bar was so noisy that I couldn't sleep at all. The windows were not soundproof at all, and as a result, I didn't get enough rest, which delayed my trip the next day. The front desk staff was too mean. The service staff on the floor and in the restaurant were better.
