I stayed overnight and the overall experience was better than the hotel experience in Jinchengjiang District, Hechi. Although the hotel facilities are relatively old, the cleaning and sanitation are good. The lobby is very grand, the room is spacious and bright, although the view outside the window is very ordinary, it is all rows of houses. The parking lot is large and it is very convenient to drive by yourself. The laundry room is 24 hours and is fully equipped with laundry detergent, disinfectant and baskets for clothes, which is very convenient for guests. The breakfast is very rich. The only shortcoming is that the hotel's restaurant is contracted out. I was very tired on the day of arrival and didn't want to go out for dinner. I walked into the restaurant and was told that air conditioning was not provided for scattered guests, and I looked indifferent. I walked down the lobby and met guests who were about to go upstairs to eat. It should be from the government department. No wonder Hechi's city appearance is shabby. It is estimated that it has contributed to this kind of high-end restaurant that is not friendly to tourists! Thanks to the hotel restaurant for driving me out to eat. The hotel we stayed in during the March 3 holiday, the hotel facilities are a bit old. The room is a suite, it's big, with a big bed and a children's bed. The TV is small and there's nothing to watch. Parking is convenient but tight, and you can see the City Hall Square from the window. There are a few desserts for afternoon tea, and I like the auntie for supper, she cooked beef brisket noodles and it tasted good, and there were only a few options for breakfast. Overall, it's average and worthy of the price of more than 300. But the hotel management is terrible. The check-in time is 14:00, but we arrived at 16:00 and were told that we couldn't check in because the guests hadn't checked out. The boy-themed room we said we wanted to keep when we booked it was not available, so we were given a pink girl's room. Finally, we waited for an hour for the auntie to clean up, and the front desk said that there was nothing they could do if the guests didn't check out, and they were not apologetic at all, meaning that if you don't stay in the room they arranged, then you won't be able to stay.

It is a good choice for business trips. The hotel needs to improve its services and hardware to create a more comfortable experience, such as making breakfast choices richer and the front desk staff more enthusiastic.
