The hotel we stayed in during the March 3 holiday, the hotel facilities are a bit old. The room is a suite, it's big, with a big bed and a children's bed. The check-in time is 14:00, but we arrived at 16:00 and were told that we couldn't check in because the guests hadn't checked out. The boy-themed room we said we wanted to keep when we booked it was not available, so we were given a pink girl's room. Finally, we waited for an hour for the auntie to clean up, and the front desk said that there was nothing they could do if the guests didn't check out, and they were not apologetic at all, meaning that if you don't stay in the room they arranged, then you won't be able to stay.
