Couple Coppertoppe is exceptional place with exceptional people. You will want for absolutely nothing during your stay. Sheila, Bill ,and David have everything covered from your ceremony (if you're getting married) to daily breakfast. They have plenty of recommendations for things to do ,see, and dining spots. Amazing breakfasts, made to your liking, slippers and robes in your room, snacks and beverages available at anytime.Did I mention the views? Incredible, just stunning. It is so peaceful and relaxing that we didn't want to leave. This is the perfect place to decompress and just relax. Having worked in hospitality for many years, we have never met such warm, welcoming people as you'll meet here. Earth conscious practices like composting, upcycling , and using local fare when possible, make Coppertoppe a unique and rich experience Thank you so much for arranging and capturing our special day. You truly have a hidden gem in Coppertoppe. Much love, The Dowlings

My wife (newly wed) and I planned our nuptials and small dinner afterwards here. Although it rained, it did not stop “our” big day. Sheila, Bill & Dave did not disappoint. They went above and beyond with both their hospitality and friendliness. The little Inn on the hill overlooking Newfound Lake was the best choice for our event. The accommodations were wonderful and inviting. The view from the room and breakfast table was exciting.

A peaceful oasis with stunning views and an absolutely wonderful experience. Sheila, Bill and David were attentive, personable, warm and exceptional hosts. Delicious breakfasts made to order, convenient and beautiful location to either enjoy restful days reading or active days hiking and exploring Newfound Lake, and the nearby New Hampshire mountains.

My husband and our pup, Lili stayed at the Inn and found it to be a peaceful retreat as we visited family. We were upgraded as we arrived and found our room and bathroom to be beautiful, clean, spacious and comfortable. The view of Newfound Lake was amazing and the stars were spectacular. Sheila, Bill and Dave are warm and friendly but not intrusive. They make one feel at home and special. They were also kind with our pup. We will be back and can highly recommend Coppertoppe.

I travel often for work as well as pleasure and I have to say that Coppertoppe Inn is probably the best B&B I have ever stayed. The purpose of my visit was business, but since this occurred over a weekend, I brought my husband along to assist me. One of the reasons why I choose Coppertoppe was because of its location and the fact that it is a dog friendly B&B, so we brought our 2 chihuahuas. Sheila and Bill are incredibly gracious hosts and are so accommodating. The breakfast was exceptional and equal to what you would find at a 5-star hotel. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in and my husband and I had the best sleep we've had in quite awhile. The views of Newfound Lake from our bedroom were stunning and we enjoyed an evening glass of wine on our private porch. Our dogs especially liked the treats Sheila would give them and we loved seeing how she and Bill were so sweet to them. Staying at Coppertoppe is like staying with family. We were welcomed with open arms as if we've known each other for years. Comfortable and tranquil, it's like coming home. We didn't want to leave.

The Coppertoppe Inn is a lovely, peaceful, and quiet retreat for couples or small groups of friends/family looking for a unique customized experience while surrounded by the comforts of home. Bill and Sheila open their home to visitors with the aim to please and personalize. After driving up the dirt driveway to the unassuming Inn, we were greeted by Bill, who helped us with our bags. The simple building exterior belies the modern room amenities and personal touches thoughtfully provided by the gracious hosts. Unencumbered by a traditional check-in process, we were escorted to our room to get settled in. The rooms are incredibly clean, I am super picky about cleanliness, and they even use a UV sanitizer. After we unpacked, my partner and I got a tour of the building, which includes a large selection of movies, games, and books of every genre, though Bill and Sheila have a love of sci-fi/fantasy which resonated with me. Bill and Sheila have lived in the area for decades and are very knowledgeable about local attractions, can assist with making reservations, and have brochures and maps available. They are interesting people, easy to talk to, and thoughtful, while honoring privacy and personal space. We stayed two nights and were served two delicious breakfasts. On the phone call with Sheila prior to our visit, I was asked unique questions about pillow preferences and favorite meals that I am wholly unaccustomed to the level of detail when staying at other places. They are very attentive to food allergies and even stocked our favorite snacks and coffee accompaniments. While not directly on Newfound Lake, the lake view from the Inn and grounds are stunning to be able to wake up to in the morning. The lake, nearby towns, restaurants, trails, and parks are all accessible within a 10 minute drive. If you're looking for a venue with minimal interaction, modern aesthetic, or want to party, Coppertoppe may not be for you. On the other hand, I would recommend Coppertoppe if you enjoy being attended to, want a serene spot to enjoy the scenic landscape, and like feeling at home while away from home. From the intake phone call with Sheila detailing our needs, yummy food, spotless facility, to a tarot reading with Sheila, we truly enjoyed our 2 night visit and look forward to going back!

This bed-and-breakfast was my first and most definitely the only one I would consider went in that area. Friends and I were looking for a quiet place to get together and spend time in the area. I found the Coppertoppe online and contacted them. Sheila , the proprietor could not have been more kind, warm and wonderful. The staff cater to all of their guest needs even sending you a questionnaire ahead of time to see what kind of food you like, activities, etc. so it can be a personal experience. The rooms are beautiful with a lovely view, and have every amenity that you could need. In the morning you would go downstairs to the main room where there are comfortable tables, sofas, and a huge kitchen where you will find the proprietors cooking you breakfast to your specifications. Do not pass up an opportunity to experience this gem.

My husband and I stayed for our anniversary weekend and it was better than we imagined. The view was incredible! Bill got up early and made us a delicious breakfast so we could be out on the mountain by 7am. Usually, we don't get breakfast when staying in places like this because we get up too early. We felt like they went above and beyond. Bill and Sheila are also excellent hosts. Just the right amount of conversation. They were perfectly in tune with you having a nice stay. It was lovely and we'll be back!
