房間乾淨，訂的雙人床房間，給帶到了大床房間，很快幫忙解決了，為表歉意還送了果盤和早餐卷，退房的時候還送了小禮品，本來送了一個，我們已經出來了，又追出來説記得有兩個孩子，又送了一個。真是太貼心了，還一直再道歉。弄得我都不好意思了。服務很周到，笑臉相迎

商務出差在攜程選了這家酒店，位置在淇河東岸，隔着一條馬路，景色特別好。酒店停車位充足，設施乾淨衞生，入住後還贈送了果盤、牛奶、小零食。我們入住時已接近晚餐時間，前台推薦了酒店附近的一家特色的合羅麪店，非常實惠好吃。早餐品類齊全，味道也很不錯。最最值得好評的是酒店的服務，前台小妹妹非常熱情，辦理入住退房都很快，因遇到問題我在凌晨一點多打前台電話，接聽迅速而且處理非常及時，退房時還給贈送了當地特產“泥咕咕”，有機會去還會選擇中州國際。

中州國際位置就在淇河邊上，位置很好，出門就是淇河公園 ，散步鍛鍊都很棒，白天晚上景色都漂亮。服務一級棒，熱情周到。早晨豐富，整體感覺都不錯，敢和五星級比。房間也很寬敞，安靜。非常滿意。

設施：設施基本齊全，行李箱位置比較小，洗澡水温度不穩定，智能坐便器沖洗功能是壞的，前台説有一個配件買不到，停車方便，有地上和地下兩個停車場。
衞生：衞生很乾凈。
環境：環境不錯，臨近淇河綠化公園，空氣好，交通方便，房間內很安靜。
服務：提供免費的洗衣服務，早餐品種豐富，有一些地方特色菜，但是菜品保温不好，很多菜和蒸食都是涼的，對我們這樣年齡段的人不太友好，現磨咖啡不錯，多種口味可選，零點的晚餐味道很好，價格合理，是杭幫菜，比較精緻。
歡迎水果:每天都換品種，還有牛奶飲料和小吃。

高端大氣，環境優美，衞生整潔，服務一流，自助餐廳菜品豐富可口前台服務人員熱情微笑服務，專業素養高，親自搬運行李，還幫助寄東西，我的行李物品退房時丟到房間，酒店人員專門用順豐快遞幫助寄回，房間還贈送水果，還有入住意見反饋，下次繼續入住該酒店。
