整體房間還是非常乾淨整潔的，服務還是蠻到位的，非常喜歡智能馬桶🤣每天都有送零食和水果🍉需要注意的是這個房型沒有冰箱，垃圾桶比較少！停車位還是很多的，有地上和地下兩個停車場🅿️ 底下也有電梯直通大堂和樓層，就是需要注意地下停車場就是圖片所拍攝的，出入進出衹有一個口！！！比較窄無法錯車！一定要慢！要鳴笛🚨防止上下都開得比加快發生沖撞！！！

酒店房間乾淨衞生，前台小姐姐幫助安排了無煙樓層與房間，適合長者與小孩居住。酒店有地上和地下停車場，車位充足，方便自駕出遊的小夥伴選擇。早餐種類豐富，葷素搭配營養均衡。唯一不好的地方就是有用餐的客人在餐廳裏吸煙，希望後邊可以加強管理約束這些沒有素質的煙民們不要在公共場所吸煙。

賓館位於淇河之濱，地理位置優越，床軟硬度適中，枕頭舒適，非常有助於睡眠，各種服務都非常好，包括前台，包括早餐服務，包括送高鐵的師傅，遇到問題都能迅速解決，臨走還送了非遺禮品浚縣泥咕咕，總是是鶴壁值得入住的賓館

中州住過幾次了，第一次來也是住了幾天，感覺也還行，但是也是睡的不好，因為床和枕頭很不舒服，還行的地方是房間大小和洗漱用品還可以，換酒店是因為住了幾天就漲價和房間朝向不好，怪怪的朝向！
這次來選擇住這三晚，還是沒睡過一晚好覺，床墊一個非常不舒服，彈簧膈的不行，枕頭都很不舒服，又軟又低睡的頸椎很疼整晚無法深睡眠，把人都整崩潰了，但是我也沒選擇換酒店呢，是因為懶得換了，但是又是續住的時候又漲價了，果斷選擇退房換酒店，讓送點洗漱用品一小時都送不來，説實話這個酒店的客房服務人員不好，很不情願，得再催才行！出門時碰到過穿着制服的女的看到我們面部表情很兇，好像嫌棄我們在房間裏待久了沒出來讓她打掃房間，我衹想説一句我想在房間待到什麼時候就什麼時候，衹要你還在上班時間你就得給打掃！前台姑娘還行，以後不會在入住這個酒店了！

房間乾淨，訂的雙人床房間，給帶到了大床房間，很快幫忙解決了，為表歉意還送了果盤和早餐卷，退房的時候還送了小禮品，本來送了一個，我們已經出來了，又追出來説記得有兩個孩子，又送了一個。真是太貼心了，還一直再道歉。弄得我都不好意思了。服務很周到，笑臉相迎

房間乾淨温馨，布草及絨線拖鞋很舒適。細節滿滿，有歡迎水果，非一次性拖鞋中有無紡布隔離，早餐種類豐富。位置也好，就在淇河邊上。春節期間入住價格不高，性價比很高。
