酒店環境非常好，地理位置也很優越，前台美女接待服務熱情周到，會推薦附近好吃的好玩的，很貼心，有問有答，設身處地為客人着想，晚上有提供宵夜很貼心，也有24小時的健身房和洗衣房，很不錯，非常滿意的一次入住很體驗，在這裏感受到了家的温馨，服務細緻入微，很推薦。

本來一切都很完美，酒店設施，環境都很滿意，直到我晚上準備睡覺掀開被子，發現被褥沒有更換，有躺過的壓痕，褥子、枕頭上還有上位入住客人的頭髮，我又檢查了被子，發現不僅有頭髮，還有污漬，心情一下就不太好了，果斷鋪上自己帶的床單，被套。第二天去吃早飯，又説不含餐，定房得時候明明標得含餐，跟前台確認過後説搞錯了，給補上了，我也是很無奈。

房間設施很新，床品乾淨柔軟，淋浴水壓充足，隔音效果也很好，睡得很踏實。細節做得很到位，性價比超高！設計感十足的精品酒店，裝修風格很有品味，每個角落都適合拍照，特別是景觀房🏠，180度落地窗，淇河風景盡情觀看，旁邊還有沙灘燒烤，體驗感滿分

房間整體尚可，就是衞生不咋地，到處是頭髮。。
設施：尚可，但是不像五星級，最多算四星級的水平。
衞生：到處是頭髮，網上評論基本屬實。打掃房間時候物品補給缺這少那的。
環境：在淇河邊，尚可。
服務：就一般般啦。。態度也很冷漠，，早餐看起來很宏大，菜品質量就一般般了，與這麼貴的房間價格不符。
唯一挺好的，就是深夜一碗麪，衹是量太少太少。

酒店環境達標，早中晚三餐齊全，餐廳門口的牌子展示的菜品與價位相當喜人，絕對親民價，豪華雙床房是沒有浴缸的，問了大床房才有，酒店對面就是淇河公園，沿途都是，停車位多也方便

因為工作還沒處理完結 第二天又續住了 下午回來 阿姨就把衞生打掃好了 很乾凈 看到我喝水比較多 還多放了幾瓶水 下午時候還有送歡迎水果 小吃和飲料和第一天進行了差異化 酒店也算比較用心了 整體比較滿意

觀景房面積大 風景好 酒店有充電樁 對面就是淇河 離金沙灘很近孩子遊玩方便 酒店團購的中餐還可以 牛肉麪也行 晚餐酒店後面走路兩分鐘有一家餄絡麪挺好吃的
