The hotel has a good location and convenient parking, but it is not particularly convenient if there is no breakfast in the morning. There was no internet in the room on the night of check-in, the TV could not be watched, and the mobile phone could not be connected to the internet. There is no internal phone in the room, you must use your mobile phone to call the service desk. Said it was the next day to ask the master to repair... In addition, there is no hair dryer in the room, so you need to go downstairs to the service desk on the first floor to wash your hair.

The rooms are neat and uniform, and it gives a very comfortable feeling to go in.

老城區這家艾九九環境真的差，進屋異味還重，價格不便宜，當時沒有想太麻煩選擇了它，退房時明明提前兩次溝通過可能晚一點，結果出來説我延遲了20分鐘，要扣我20，真的這麼缺錢嗎？服務態度也很差，再也不會去所有的艾九九了。

畢竟價格比較便宜，所以要求也沒啥。上次去住，熱水壞了，一晚上沒修好，我就一晚上沒洗澡……

房間佈置很有格調，服務態度很好，衞生乾淨整潔。

開房的時候前台接待一個年輕的小姑娘説話客客氣氣的，退房的時候一個年紀挺大在哪因為我説能不能微信退按金，那直接翻臉了説現金不説錢，一巴掌拍桌子上。我退房就不説顧客了？什麼態度，前台態度極其惡劣。
