The surrounding environment is very good, the hotel room is quite big, it is a good choice and the breakfast is also very rich. However, when you make a reservation, you must make sure that some rooms have no windows. I didn’t pay attention to the fact that there were no windows when I entered the room after check-in. 挺乾淨的，雖然臨街但是不吵，隔音不錯。唯一有點兒接受不了的是廁所和衞生間沒有什麼私密性可言，如果裏面開燈的話，外面是可以看到的。一次性浴巾是15元一條，要是不想花錢的可以自己帶。

這個酒店房間設施齊全、衞生，還提供了一次性馬桶墊、液體肥皂等，原定的無窗，後跟總枱説換，總枱免費換了個有窗的，很好。

西安到煙台自駕，1400公里中間需要休息一晚，選了鶴壁這家酒店，已經第三次入住了，路過都不用猶豫直接訂，酒店風格新中式，服務很好，房間也很大，浴室三分離的，我們全家老小都很滿意，周邊也很繁華，去新世紀廣場和萬達都很方便，早餐環境很美，總之就是五分好評，下次路過還會選擇這裏😁

乾淨整潔，房間設施佈局合理，衞浴間寬敞舒適，床品也很舒服。前台服務人員和保潔員見到你總是面帶笑容，待人友善。離店後有一衹無線耳機遺落在房間，自己卻不知，還是酒店主動聯繫我後還幫忙發了快遞，很是感謝。
