入住淇河賓館期間客房部經理苗歡，主管李華，態度親切！服務貼心，因天氣炎熱，每次晚上回來，都會發現多送了兩瓶飲用用水！還細心的發現我衹用了衞生間裏的棉花棒，第二天就多擺了一代棉花棒。服務細緻入微，不易覺察到，可以感到非常用心！入住第二天因隔壁小區商家做活動，播放高音喇叭，特別吵，我就打電話投訴，馬上客房主管李華與服務員上門致歉，並送了新摘下來的應季水果！下次到鶴壁還會選擇入住淇河賓館！

來跑馬拉松的，房間很大，很寬敞，其他都挺好的，唯一的問題是沒有空調，前台説還沒開始供空調，4.12的鶴壁是28度，沒有空調真的很誇張，我晚上開窗開窗簾，不時聽到外面的聲音，早上又亮得早，我半夜醒了三次，真的誇張。另一個問題是沒有全身鏡，沒法檢查比賽着裝。
