Room is nice . Clean . My turn off is they needed 50 dollar deposit. Which was fine. But when I went to check out I assumed I would get the 50 dollar deposit back. No I have to wait 5 to 10 days to get the deposit. And they did not say that in the begining.

Could’ve been better. The guy checking us in was very nice. The good about this room was that it had a large flat screen, fridge, microwave, and the sink counter and shower seemed updated somewhat. The bad was that the updated shower made the shower curtain look even grosser than it was. The curtain did not seem clean, maybe just stained. There was hot water in the sink but the shower only got slightly less cold. The whole room had a stale smell and the sink area was especially smelly. After spraying Lysol down the drain and overflow and covering the drain with a washcloth, it helped. The sheets and towels seemed clean but the bedspread and blanket were a bit gross. Mattress was old but not terribly uncomfortable. Kudos to them for hiring preschoolers to patch the holes in the walls. 😂 What a shabby job! Will leave a pic if I can. Overall, I’ve had worse but I won’t be back.

Upset because you couldn't take $100 deposit off my card because I reserved online so then refuse to let me in my room or give me a refund so I lost $80

Shower leaked, asked for a non smoking room and got a smoking room with burnt blankets. Entire place smelled like cigarette. Bathroom only had one towel and when I went to the desk to get more the person at the desk acted like it was my fault and didn’t give me any until I was half way down the hall and said here so I don’t get a bad review thought that was pathetic. Last the shower gels were clearly used already and didn’t care to replace anything

When I tried to check out no one was attending lobby. The room was very dirty and the Wi-Fi didn’t work.

Probably the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at. The bathroom floor was gross, they replaced their towl racks that must have broken with thumb tacks. The "breakfast " was cold cereal and muffins. The staff could never be found. Just a gross, gross place.

Carpet so dirty, it'll look like you walked outside with your socks. Bedding cig holes and stained. Towels stained. Bring your own blankets and towels if you do decide to stay here. BOTH chain and normal lock broken. Had to go buy a door jam just to feel safe in my room. Housekeeping didn't announce themselves a single time the 4 days I was there and my door jam was the only thing keeping them from walking in unannounced. Peep hole even had paper stuffed in it. If your a solo female like I was, it's worth the extra money to feel safe and clean!!!!!!!

Very disappointed in the overall experience with this stay. The service was horrible, rooms were dirty, breakfast consisted of cereal and mini muffins. Just wasn't was I expected for the amount I paid to stay there for 2 nights

The room smelled and looked horrible. Holes & patches in every wall you looked at. Leaves & pine needles in the coffee maker. Tried cleaning it and it still did not work. Breakfast options lacking (cereal, oatmeal, muffins, toast). Saw bug crawling on the wall and checked out. Told person at desk and was told "sorry".
