房間有很重的黴味，客服説是梅雨季節的味道，但是現在是5月初根本不是梅雨季節，也沒有下雨，一共看到2隻蟑螂，踩死了一衹，還有一衹在房間裏，很差的入住體驗，大家入住需謹慎。

服務態度可以，環境設施故障且落後。
熱水器是壞的，出熱水慢，到後面把手無法控制水温，要麼涼水要麼燙水。
空調是壞的，開一會就停顯示缺氟，而且洗澡時跳閘一次。
當初看重是連鎖才選擇城市之家的，價格雖然比別的連鎖便宜十幾塊，但帶來的體驗也許不如比別的更便宜幾十塊的小賓館。
給箇中評意思一下，所説句句實話，可以理論。

大冷天沒有熱水洗簌，不是偶爾的情況，看了其他網站的評價，很多年都沒有熱水！住過的最差的酒店！衞生差，隔音差，一夜未睡！

空調一兩個小時會停機一次，半夜熱醒好幾次，空調外機很吵，關了窗都能聽到外機的共振聲，床鋪還算乾淨，被褥面料一般。
