房間所處環境超好，整面牆的落地窗，使得窗外的造景映入眼簾，超級養眼！房間很大，傢俱也很齊全！浴缸直接放在床前的落地窗旁，很有意境！衹是很多細節需要改進，水吧建議增添直飲水籠頭、膠囊咖啡機、紅茶、咖啡等飲品！雖然有浴缸的一次性泡澡袋，可是卻沒有泡澡的浴鹽！衣櫃內沒有浴衣、鞋拔、臟衣袋、刷鞋袋！洗漱用品方面應增加一次性刮鬍刀、指甲銼刀、頭繩等用品！山中雨水多，房內卻沒有傘！服務的細節還需要打磨！應招聘更加專業的人才管理客房工作！餐廳環境不錯，但是就餐時一直有員工在逗孩子，環境略顯吵鬧！應該是管理中的細節問題！提了這些意見，衹是因為這個房間值得更好！

酒店位置和裝修風格可以給十分，度假放鬆的好地方。前台服務較差，辦理入住時禮貌的問了一下是否可以免費升房反問我升什麼房，你的權益衹有延時退房二小時，如果需要延時十二點前提前告知，我也衹能笑着感謝。禮貌的問了一下早餐餐廳在哪，前台隨即手指了指那邊，我們也衹能無奈應了一聲，入住後帶着孩子找尋了一圈在另一棟住宅。入住後進入房間空調十多分鐘就跳閘關閉，協調後換了一間，山裡天氣寒冷房間不暖和我能理解也能適應，無奈晚上放水洗澡，開了很久温度衹有我們夏日放的自來水温度左右、帶着孩子勉強沖洗後短訊給前台，前台説忘記跟我們説了説要多放一些時候，隨即一直開着水，温度依然温，無法洗，前台説讓師傅看一下，稍後發訊息告知天氣太冷水箱温度一直在43上不來，人體感知水温當然沒沒有四十多度，前台稱要送感冒沖劑隨即拒絕。早上餐廳就餐，阿姨告知衹有麪條和水餃，帶着孩子下了水餃和麪條，麪條衹有清水面，還是我張口問阿姨要了一個雞蛋。衹想説浪費了大美的風景。環境十分，體驗感5分。希望硬件有所提高，早餐質量希望能和一般民宿一樣，高低煮鍋白粥。不過回程時遇上下雪，非常感謝民宿的一位大叔反覆叮囑開車慢點。

房間：裝修風格完全在我的審美上，簡約原木風～超大朝南落地窗，從早到晚都沐浴在陽光中。 環境：很優美，滿山的油菜花，還有好多月季，可惜還沒全開～ 服務：這點是我最滿意的地方。前台小姐姐非常熱心周到，由於第一次來，路線不熟悉，都靠小姐姐指導。最讓我感動的就是裏面的阿姨，早上餐廳坐不下，我就端着準備去找外面桌椅。阿姨看見後，叫我別動，她們去把桌椅搬過來。就是覺得他們的服務很用心。 缺點：就是房間都是落地玻璃，隔音效果不好，外面池塘的小青蛙叫了一夜，早上小鳥又開始叫，這些都還好，偶爾感受一下大自然，也是很美好的。主要都是帶孩子的，還都是四五歲的男孩子，拍球，打牌，搞到十點多。一早7點多又開始蹦躂，還敲門。。不誇張的説，一夜沒睡好。 總體對酒店還是十分滿意的，下次可以自帶食材去燒烤。期待下一次的行程。
