Cleanliness of the room is ok as long as you don't look on top of the wardrobe...
Service is very poor from breakfast to dinner ...next day, few of us felt sick after eating pudding at dinner...waiters are in an other world most of the time and expecting you to tips them for buffet service...
The front door light was broken. Just good for pick up and drop of to krugger.

The Hotel was very good and we really liked the room with a lot of space. The balcony was fantastic. Dinner and Breakfast was also nice with a lot of different things where you can choose from. The waiter Mbuzo was very kind to us. We would recommend it!

The Hotel was very nice and we got a really beautiful Hotelroom aswell, wich is very big. They got a nice Garden outside with a Pool and also a little lake infront of our Room. The Waiter Mbuzu was super kind and did a good Job. So we would recommend this Accomodation for a Safari.

The Lodge was arranged as part of a National Geographic tour. Our tour group stayed two nights as we spent time in Kruger National Park. This lodge was very nice, clean, well staffed, and convenient to access the Park. The restaurant and food were both excellent. One evening we had dinner at the outdoor event area under the stars which was a nice change. Rooms were spacious, with a deck overlooking a pond. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would return.

Fantastic place to stay for safaris in the Kruger National Park. Comfortable, friendly, great service and good food and drink in a lovely setting. Geared up with breakfast boxes for those early starts. Nothing too much trouble. Nothing not to like here.

We stayed two nights at Umbhaba and it was a nice stay ! The staff is very nice, our room was very big and very clean. We had a little terrace to enjoy the view. It is a big hotel but we were there during low season so it was quiet! We ate good but in our opinion the price for diner was a bit expensive. It was a nice stay, and the safari proposed by the hotel is a must to do ! we envoyed a lot!

This lodge is by far the best experience we've had in a long time ! Super clean rooms and comfortable beds. The staff are amazing and super helpfull. The food is of the highest standard. It was our second visit to this lodge and will definately be back ! Thank you Umbhaba staff for making this place so special

Beautiful rooms with a great view. Plenty of delicious food at the evening buffet. We were given a packed breakfast to take with us on our Safari, which was more than adequate. The staff are friendly and efficient. Sleep quality was 10/10. We would happily stay again.
