Lovely stay Lovely friendly staff. Very busy pub. Couldn’t offer us breakfast as we were off early but gave us a lovely lunch bag to takeaway. Food was fantastic in the pub highly recommend.

The staff were helpful and the food good; although the bed was comfortable, the bedroom and the bedroom corridor were very tired and needing refurbishment; our impression of our room was sealed by there not being enough hooks for the curtains to hang properly.

Lovely Inn in pretty village with swans I love coming to stay here, it’s one of my favourite places and I try to come every year. The proprietor is charming and funny and often feeds my dog sausages! The atmosphere is great.

The pub was old and very attractive and the food was great. The room was querky but clean and everything worked. Out stay was spoiled by a very uncomfortable mattress.
