Bay Area Inn & Suites

This is the most unsafe, worst service, and worst so-called hotel I have ever stayed in in the United States. First, there is no reception at all. The front desk is a closed room, you have to ring the bell to get a person out of nowhere. Hand him the credentials through a window, like the CVS Thru Drive detection lane. It was not related to the epidemic. It was later analyzed that the safety of the area was too poor, and there was only one staff member in the entire hotel. When I entered the room, there was a strong smell of disinfectant, and the facilities were very dilapidated. The door of the motel is also very loose. I immediately called Ctrip to check out the room, even if only a part of the money was refunded to me, it was too unhygienic and unsafe. As a result, Ctrip found a local agent to communicate and reply. No one answered the phone at the front desk, or hung up after answering the phone, and no one responded to emails to the hotel. Later I went to the window myself and asked the only service person. I checked in before 3 o'clock, not long after I entered the room, and the hotel manager could not be contacted. I was told that there is no refund for check out and the email manager will reply, no one answered the phone normally. The hotel is on the side of a road, and the room basically has no sound insulation effect, just like enjoying the cool by the roadside, the sound is very loud. The most frightening thing was sleeping until 12 o'clock in the middle of the night. A large group of people downstairs started to party and quarreled and fought, scolding and crying. Later, it seemed that the police car also came. The hotel service staff probably hid in the closed room and never came out. Listening to the sounds of cars and fighting all night was just horrible! I was wondering how such a motel would appear on Ctrip? The photos of the hotel are somewhat misleading and this hotel should be taken down.
