The house needs some attention, it was clean enough(kitchen & bathroom) but the laundry room is so full of the owners things that we could barely get to the washer & dryer to use it. The closets are packed with their items or items left behind by guest so you can't hang up anything. The kitchen is missing normal essentials if you plan to cook a meal at the house,no measuring cup, no cookie sheet & you don't have a but one small pot, skillet and a gigantic pot for stew/gumbo.

Dreamville Visit
The property was cute and in a nice neighborhood. Easy access to San Marcos and all its treasures. Owners always available for communication. On the downside, both beds had slats broken which made the mattress sink in the middle. There were not enough towels for the amount of people staying. No hand towels or washcloths. Plenty of toilet paper but no paper towels/napkins. Closets and laundry room were cluttered and unusable. The outdoor grill is so tiny there is no way it would work for more than 1 person. With a little more effort and attention to detail, this little gem could be 5 stars across the board.

Property was perfect for our race team. Clean, comfortable, and in a quiet location. Best part of the stay was dealing with the host, David. He is a great communicator and made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay a 5 star experience.

Perfectly Spacious and Close to a TON
The home was quite spacious for what we were looking for, and right where we needed it to be for our anniversary adventure!
