Nice hotel, good location to restaurants, shops and landmarks , nice clean room and shower. I did not know they do not provide bottles of water in the room, but as long as you have an empty water bottle, you can request the bar to refill water for you. Or you can go to the gym on level 2 to get filtered water. Gym and swimming pools are on level 2.

I recently stayed at Novotel Sydney Darling Square and had an incredible experience! The hotel exceeded all expectations and made our trip to Sydney even more memorable. Our room had incredible views of Darling Harbour, and it was the perfect spot to relax after a busy day.

Great location with Darling harbour a short walk with access to lots of restaurants and bars. Ferry stops near bar. Definitely recommend it.

The bed was uncomfortable and affected my sleep. The TV turned on by itself around 7–8 a.m. even though I had switched it off the night before. The hot water supply was insufficient at times, and there was no complimentary drinking water provided. These issues do not meet the standards expected from a star-rated hotel.

The location is great and the service is excellent! It's very close to Darling Harbour, and there are many places to eat, drink and have fun around. It's also very convenient to get to the city center. I highly recommend everyone to stay at this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at Novotel Darling Square. The young guy who checked us in was lovely, welcoming and very helpful. The lady that checked us out was also extremely pleasant. We didn’t use the facilities but did check out the pool which looked pretty good. The room was smart and clean, the bed was very comfortable and having a nice big TV was great as we chilled in the room the first night we stayed and streamed a movie from Netflix on my phone. Maccas was right opposite so it was an easy meal on night one.
The position was awesome. With a short pleasant stroll to darling harbour for lunch and right by China Town for dinner on our stroll back from watching a musical at the Capitol Theatre.
Would be happy to stay here again.
