I stayed at this hotel recently and I was very happy with the location. The hotel is very close to the airport, which made my trip much easier. The transportation around the hotel is very convenient. Right at the front door, there is a bus stop. From there, you can take a bus directly to the airport or to the subway station. This is very helpful for travelers who want to move quickly without spending too much money on taxis. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and ready to help with any questions. My room was simple but had everything I needed for a short stay. I enjoyed the quiet atmosphere even though it was near the airport. I could rest well before my flight. Overall, I think this hotel is a great choice for people who want easy access to the airport and public transport. If you are looking for convenience and comfort, this hotel is a very good option. I would stay here again on my next trip.

I booked a 3nights trip at this hotel, I had emailed them and told them to upgrade my room 3 weeks in advance. Day one before I checked in I there was a little fuss about the upgrade which was later fixed. The room was clean and nice. The tv did not have full amenities. Tried to take a shower and there was no hot water only cold. The bath water was coloured. I complained at reception, they tried to have a little one and two arguments but later on sent someone to check. When the individual came in she fixed it but the hot water only lasted 2mins. It was too late so we decided to sleep and leave it alone. The next morning we tried using the shower again but was faced with the same issue. Once again called reception to complain, the person behind the phone tried to emphasise that someone had been sent to fix it but eventually ended his sentence that maintenance will be sent. The maintenance came and agreed and said something was wrong with the water and told the desk to change our rooms so we could use another shower. We went out enjoyed our day, came back and tried to once again use the shower that was supposedly fixed to encounter the same issue. The receptionist was rude and started arguing saying it was fixed etc, he told us he will come and check shortly. We waited for an hour and no one came in. We called about 3 times and when he responded he lied and said he had been upstairs and no one answered the door, and tried to lie and say noise was being made in the room which wasn’t the case. Eventually he came upstairs, tried the shower again we complained and he changed our rooms. The new room we were moved to had issues with the aircon heating system, we endured with the broken aircon system as we were too tired to complain due to how they’ve reacted with other complaints. I extended my checkout to 5pm. Around 4:50pm the cleaner barged into the room without knocking.

We had a not pleasant stay, we have to move two times between 3 different rooms, the first one the flush lever of the toilet didn't work, so use but don´t flush. I told the front desk in the morning, and they told me they would fix the problem, in the evening when we came back the problem was still there. The other attendant moved us to another room it was already 8:30 PM, this other room, the electric outlets didn't work, no TV, no AC. Back to Front Desk and the attendant told me that she will send the Technician, waited till 10:15 PM and no technician. Back to front desk and demanded other room and finally moved to other that everything works, only a little problem, the shower has no pressure and the hot water even on the lowest setting was extremelly hot. So we gave up and keep it anyway.

I rarely give a negative response however the rooms promoted by the hotel have no bearing on the actual room. I booked a standard double room and was disappointed with it. Marks all over the walls, stains on the carpet and the bed just about fitted with very little space either side, the furniture was very dated, overall for a supposedly double room which should have been a single.. The only positive was the tiny double bed was at least comfortable but had there been two of us it would have been a nightmare. Overall very disappointed and believe me I have stayed in some very dated hotels and accommodations in the past. Definitely not a 4 or even 3 star hotel. Would I stay again? A definite no!

I stayed at the Best Western Ariel for one night before an early morning flight from Heathrow, and it was a solid choice for convenience. The location is great — only a few minutes from Terminals 2 and 3, and there's a shuttle bus that runs regularly. Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly and helpful, even with my late arrival. The room was compact but clean, with everything I needed for a short stay — comfy bed, decent shower, and a kettle with tea and coffee. It’s not a luxury hotel by any means, but it served its purpose well. The soundproofing was surprisingly good considering the proximity to the airport — I barely heard any planes. Only downside was the breakfast — it felt a bit basic for the price. Also, the decor is a bit dated, but again, for a one-night airport stopover, it’s totally fine. Would stay again if I need to be close to Heathrow!

Very good hotel . Clean , everything works. Good location. However, more information needs to be given on the public transportation available ( which after having a good look into is very good. The reception are very slow to answer the phone if at all! However, at reception they were helpful.
